Overview In this role you will drive service sales in the Northwest area of Spain, growing the installed base and selling the full Medium & Low Voltage service portfolio. You’ll develop strategic account plans, visit key end users, and build long-term relationships to deliver tailored service solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, pursue new market opportunities, and ensure financial KPIs are met. This position blends technical service delivery with strategic sales in a cross-functional, collaborative environment. and account growth * Grow portfolio mix and deliver tailored service solutions to customers * Become a trusted advisor, understanding operations and anticipating needs * Meet or exceed financial KPIs for service sales * Generate service sales leads and identify new market opportunities using CRM (Salesforce) * Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers * Collaborate with teams and continually learn to solve problems Requisitos principales * Engineering degree in Electrical engineering or similar * 5+ years of experience in the electrical segment, MV & LV service * Experience with Salesforce; technical skills in MV/LV; delivering tailored solutions * Knowledge of SAP is valuable * Innovative mindset with ownership and drive for improvement * Proficient in English * Willingness to travel * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities * Customer-focused and consultative selling * Ownership mind
