Overview In this role you shape and grow the Financial Risk practice within a integral Tier 1 consulting firm, leading high-impact engagements for top banks. You will own the strategy, develop differentiated risk service lines, and advise senior executives, including Banco Santander, on risk and capital topics. and regulatory/economic capital * Oversee cross-risk frameworks including risk appetite, stress testing, ICAAP, governance * Ensure excellence in project delivery, stakeholder management, and quality assurance * Identify and pursue growth opportunities across existing and new clients; manage end-to-end commercial processes * Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary risk team; participate in recruitment and capability-building initiatives * Represent the firm in industry forums and thought leadership initiatives Requisitos principales * 10–12+ years of experience in financial risk consulting or banking risk leadership * Deep expertise in financial risk management, especially credit risk * Proven experience managing senior executive relationships in banking * Strong commercial mindset with a track record of generating business * Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams * Strategic thinker with executive presence * High level of
