We are looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join a fast-growing international sales team in Madrid, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with experience in sales, business development, outbound prospecting, inside sales, or account management to work with clients in the German-speaking market. Candidates should be based in Madrid or willing to relocate at their own expense. The role will be fully onsite for the first 5 months. After this period, a hybrid setup will be available, with occasional office attendance depending on business needs. About the Role As a German-Speaking Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the German-speaking market. You will manage the complete sales cycle, engage potential customers through outbound prospecting, and convert qualified leads into paying subscribers. You will work in a dynamic international environment where performance, commercial mindset,



and strong communication skills are key to success. This is a hybrid position based in Madrid. Please note: Candidates must currently reside in Spain and have the legal right to work in Spain. What You'll Do * Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing * Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market * Conduct outbound calls and manage a high volume of sales activity * Make approximately 80-100 calls per day * Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations * Manage free trials and guide prospects through the buying process * Convert trials into paid subscriptions * Generate new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) * Work with system-assigned leads and maintain consistent follow-up * Achieve sales KPIs related to calls, demos, conversions, and revenue * Successfully close new business opportunities * Hand over new customers to the Cus
