WHO WE ARE Ready to shape the future of digital optimization as part of a global leader in AI-powered experience solutions? Wingify is the unified global brand born from the merger of VWO and AB Tasty, two pioneers who each spent more than 15 years building the future of digital experimentation. Together, we've created the Agentic Experience Optimization Platform — one data foundation, one workflow, and one AI — with a single promise: make every digital experience relevant. With more than $100 million in revenue, 4,000+ customers worldwide, and a team of 700+ people across 11 offices in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America, we are redefining how brands understand, decide, act, and measure across the entire customer journey. Our platform runs on the Relevance Loop: it reads behavioral, journey, intent, contextual, and emotional signals — including from anonymous visitors — decides what is most relevant in the moment, turns that decision into a live experience across web, apps, search, merchandising, email, SMS, and push, and then measures the result. Wingz,

our embedded AI, powers every stage of that loop, so insight becomes action and action becomes a better experience. We're trusted by integral brands including L'Oréal, LVMH, Decathlon, Puma, Forbes, Motorola, AXA, and De Beers. Our mission is simple: help brands grow by making every digital experience relevant. Joining us means stepping into a dynamic, international environment where innovation, ownership, and impact are not buzzwords—but daily realities. Our culture is driven by strong values: We bring client satisfaction We are impactful We go above and beyond We live one team, one dream We're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels empowered to share ideas, take risks, and make an impact.
