Your Mission
As Managing Partner of ISG in Spain , you will develop and lead your own business within an international HR consulting group, driven by a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Your role will combine business development, client management and project delivery . You will build long-term relationships with companies and decision-makers while developing tailored HR solutions across areas such as:
- Executive Search: Recruitment of executives and strategic profiles.
- Search & Selection: Recruitment of managers, specialists and qualified professionals.
- HR Consulting: Strategic HR advisory and organisational development.
- Development & Training: Tailored programmes to develop skills and talent.
- Outplacement: Supporting companies and professionals throughout periods of transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Strategy: Identify opportunities, generate new business and manage the full sales cycle within the Spanish market.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong network of senior executives, HR Directors and key decision-makers.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business and HR challenges and develop the right ISG solutions for their needs.
- Project Delivery: Lead and execute Executive Search, recruitment and HR consulting projects, supported by ISG's local and international network.
- 360° Consulting: Take responsibility for both the commercial development of your business and the successful delivery of the projects you generate.
