Motortronics is seeking experienced Independent Sales Agents with established industry contacts and a proven track record in technical sales. This commission-based opportunity offers the chance to represent an established manufacturer of industrial motor control solutions, backed by a global installed base and significant growth potential.
Motortronics designs and manufactures low and medium voltage soft starters, motor protection, and power quality solutions for industrial applications. Our products are trusted worldwide across a diverse range of sectors, including water, mining, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, and numerous other industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities

~ Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.

~Promote Motortronics' range of soft starters,



motor protection, and power quality solutions.

~ Build relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, contractors, and end users

~ Generate sales leads, specifications, quotations, and project opportunities.

~ Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.

~ Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Who We're Looking For
~ Established network within industrial automation, electrical engineering, motor control, or related sectors.

~ Proven success in B2B technical sales.

~ Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

~ Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

~ Technical understanding of industrial motor control applications is advantageous.
