The role

We are looking for an Innovation and Exploitation Manager with experience in health research and innovation who can help complex projects generate lasting value beyond their funded period. The role will develop practical pathways for the continued use, adoption, integration and maintenance of project results, services, networks and other valuable outputs. The position reports to the Director of Strategy and Innovation and works across large, multidisciplinary European public-private consortia funded by the Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) and Horizon Europe.

Purpose of the position

The successful candidate will lead and support innovation, uptake, impact and long-term sustainability activities across Teamit's health project portfolio. The role combines strategic analysis, hands-on implementation within projects and facilitation across diverse stakeholders. It requires the ability to understand diverse project results, structures and stakeholder needs, and to develop credible approaches for their continued use, integration,



maintenance and impact beyond the funded project period. This may include valuation of assets, such as advanced therapies, Al-enabled tools, data-governance frameworks, regulatory resources, training materials and policy recommendations, and to define realistic routes for their use beyond the funded project period. In addition, the candidate will contribute to the application of innovation, sustainability and impact methodologies within Teamit itself, helping to assess new business opportunities, emerging areas of activity, service diversification strategies and organisational growth priorities.
