Document all interactions within our CRM to ensure a seamless service journey for our Spanish-speaking clientele.
Continuously update your knowledge on new software releases and updates to provide the most current support possible.
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) for high-level customer interaction.
Proficiency in English to collaborate within our international corporate team.
Proven interest or experience in the SaaS or technology support industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and software ecosystems.
