What you'll do

Your mission:



turn interest from construction companies across Spain into a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prospect.
Build and work your own lists — construction firms in target segments, reached by phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Qualify.
Figure out whether the prospect's real problem is one Pillar can solve. Filter out what isn't a fit; nurture what isn't ready yet.
- Book demos.
When a lead is qualified, hand it to the AE who owns that market with enough context for them to run a sharp first call. Their wins are also yours.
- Own your pipeline.
Keep HubSpot accurate. If it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen.
- Feed the playbook.
You'll talk to more construction companies in Spain than anyone else at Pillar. What you hear shapes our messaging, our ICP, and our product priorities — we expect you to tell us.
