IT Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation Intern
.

You'll become part of an international recruitment business, receive hands-on training and work directly with experienced consultants. From identifying tech professionals to speaking with potential clients, you'll gain practical exposure to both the recruitment and commercial sides of the industry.

No previous recruitment experience is required.
We're much more interested in your motivation, communication skills and willingness to develop.

The essentials:
- Full-time paid internship
- Monday to Friday, full working days
- Based in Madrid
- Fluent English required

? What will you do?





Your internship will give you exposure to the complete recruitment cycle rather than limiting you to one area.

Working closely with our consultants, you'll learn how to find the right people, start conversations, identify commercial opportunities and support recruitment processes from the first contact through to a successful placement.

? Connect with IT professionals

You'll learn how to:
- Find relevant tech talent using
LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and our internal database
- Approach candidates with personalised messages
- Speak with candidates and understand their experience and career goals
- Support candidate screening and interviews
- Build your own network within the technology market

? Explore the commercial side of recruitment
