Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients in native Swedish by phone and email.
- Explain which documents are needed.
- Follow up with clients until all documents are received.
- Keep track of missing and outstanding documents.
- Build a good and professional relationship with clients.
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth case handling.
- Share updates and escalate issues when needed.

- Confident and professional when speaking with clients.
- Well-organised and able to manage several cases.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
