Your Mission

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a business background and a passion for science, technology, and/or photonics. If you love connecting with people, solving challenges, and driving business growth, this is the role for you

As an SDR,



you will:
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement innovative sales strategies to expand our client pool and boost revenue - execute, test, and iterate until finding reliable and consistent conversion.
- Identify and research prospects to understand pain points, opportunities, and priorities to deliver tailored presentations.
- Travel 1–2 times per month for conferences/field sales to build relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Shorten sales cycles through meticulous follow-ups, and empathetic communication - Meet monthly sales targets
