We are expanding our commercial team and are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive new business, develop merchant relationships, and grow our international client portfolio. Role As a Sales Executive, you will own the sales process from initial prospecting through contract negotiation, closing, and handover to the onboarding team. You will be responsible for generating new business, building a strong sales pipeline, understanding merchant requirements, and matching them with Seto Pay's payment solutions. Identify and develop new merchant opportunities across international markets Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry connections, and other sales channels Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, contract signing, and handover to onboarding Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and key decision-makers Understand merchant business models, payment requirements,



and challenges and identify suitable solutions Prepare and present commercial proposals and product presentations Negotiate commercial terms and close new business Keep CRM records, pipeline data, and sales reporting accurate and up to date Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth merchant onboarding process Monitor market developments, competitors, and new business opportunities Attend relevant industry events and build new commercial relationships Provide market and client feedback to help improve Seto Pay's commercial offering Work towards agreed sales and revenue targets What we require Minimum 2 years of proven B2 B sales experience within payments, fintech, PSPs, acquiring, payment processing, or related financial services Proven experience in new business development, outbound prospecting, and closing deals Strong understanding of online payments, payment gateways, acquiring, and the merchant acquisition
