Mission
As Optima Solutions Site Manager , you will act as the main liaison between PPG and the customer, ensuring effective communication, operational excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage site activities, support issue resolution, and drive alignment between customer requirements and PPG operations. This is a customer-facing, onsite role requiring strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills in a demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between PPG and the customer.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up meetings.
- Coordinate activities between the customer and multiple PPG manufacturing, technical, and support teams.
- Monitor, track, and drive resolution of product, process, and quality issues.
- Prepare and communicate operational, quality, and performance reports.
- Support product launches, trials, industrialization activities, and material implementation projects.




- Ensure accurate updates and reporting within PPG systems and tools.
- Coordinate logistics activities, inventory visibility, and material availability with Supply Chain teams.
- Promote and maintain compliance with EHS policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Lead and coordinate onsite teams and resources when required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, or industrial environments.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken).
- Valid driver
