Your challenge & roles:
Footwear Design Assistant




- Assist in the footwear design process, from concept ideation to production-ready designs
- Create and manage all footwear TechPacks
- Build colour TechPacks based on the team’s requests and direction
- Create and compile detailed sample comments to communicate prototype revisions and next steps to suppliers
- Contribute to Colour Proposals for all Footwear
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment with brand vision and strategy

Innovation & Trend Contributor
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to help drive innovation in footwear design
- Support the senior team in executing the visionary direction for Tropicfeel's footwear collection
- Seasonal Market Analysis Research & Conceptual Mood Boards
