We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Spanish Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria to join our dynamic customer support services team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the customer support services sector.
- Resolve technical and general inquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our internal CRM system.
- Act as a primary brand ambassador for our international clients,
ensuring a premium service experience.
- Collaborate with international teams to optimize support workflows and communication strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support protocols to enhance client satisfaction.
- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Strong proficiency in English to communicate within our multicultural office.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your move for these Spanish-speaking jobs.
- Previous experience in customer support services or a similar client-facing industry is considered an advantage.
