We are seeking a mid-level Brand Designer to support day-to-day creative execution across campaigns, product launches, and core brand touchpoints.
This role is critical in scaling our European design output as the business grows, ensuring we can deliver high-quality creative at speed without overloading senior team members
The Brand Designer will work across digital, marketing, and ecommerce channels, translating creative direction into polished, on-brand assets.
The adecuado candidate combines strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and a sharp sense of taste - able to execute efficiently while maintaining a premium, cohesive brand aesthetic
Update performing US creative assets (especially Paid Social) to be ready to test in the UK / EU: voiceover, imagery, text, terms etc
Design and execute creative assets for campaigns, product launches, email, paid media, and site
Translate creative direction into clear, compelling, and on-brand visual outputs
Ensure consistency across all deliverables while adapting designs to different formats and channels
Performance creative mindset:



understanding of why creative performs for translating learnings into next iteration
Maintain a high bar for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Support digital design needs across PDPs, CLPs, LPs, homepage, and site experiences
Create assets that enhance product storytelling and improve user engagement
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution across ecommerce touchpoints
Prepare and deliver production-ready files across digital channels (image/video/motion)
Assist senior designers in getting assets ready for production when needed
Adapt and version assets efficiently across sizes, formats, and use cases
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all outputs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Work within established brand guidelines, templates, and systems
Contribute to the evolution and refinement of design systems for
