We are looking for an Entry Level HR Coordinator / HR – Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Madrid. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 6 months of experience who is eager to learn and build a career in HR Operations.

You will support employee onboarding, HR administration, data management, and coordination activities across multiple countries. We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and interested in using AI and technology tools.

Communicate with IT, Office Management, and hiring teams.
HR Administration & Employee Support
Assist with leave management processes.

Data & HR Systems
Maintain employee information in HR systems.
Update HR trackers and reports.
Support headcount tracking and workforce planning activities.
Ensure HR data is accurate and up to date.

Maintain distribution lists and communication groups.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, managers,



and other teams to ensure smooth processes.

Help identify and resolve data or process inconsistencies.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of work experience.

Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
Gain hands-on experience in an international HR environment.
Learn HR operations, data management, and process coordination.
