Looking for your next in-house move in Pharma?
We are hiring a Legal Counsel (Commercial & Corporate) to join an international pharmaceutical company based in Madrid.
You will act as a trusted legal partner to Commercial, Regulatory, Quality and Operations teams, handling:
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (distribution, supply, manufacturing, licensing, services, NDAs).
Legal support in a regulated pharma environment.
Coordination with IT on cybersecurity/compliance matters (non-implementation role)
5+ years’ experience in commercial & corporate law.
~ Strong ownership in a lean, agile structure.
