You will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment expertise to support business objectives across your assigned scope.
Reporting to the Europe Area Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategy and delivery, building future-ready talent pipelines, driving process excellence, and ensuring an outstanding stakeholder and candidate experience.
