Are you a commercially:driven agronomist with a talent for building partnerships in the biostimulants or biocontrol sectors? My client, a European international leader in specialty plant nutrition, is seeking a Sales Area Manager (West Europe) to join our global team. This is a mid:level, high:visibility role designed for a proactive professional ready to take full ownership of a diverse European territory and scale our market presence.

Location: Europe (Fully Remote / Home:based)

Reporting to: Integral Sales Manager

Team Structure: Individual Contributor (No direct reports)

Salary Range: EUR55,000 : EUR75,000 gross per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution: Develop and implement the sales strategy for the assigned European region to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for our Biostimulants portfolio.

Territory Management: Drive commercial expansion across key markets including France, Belgium, the UK, and Germany, alongside dynamic developing markets such as Slovenia, Georgia, and Cyprus.
