About the roleAs SDR Team Lead for the French Market, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives. You’ll coach, support, and empower them to prospect smarter, qualify better, and build meaningful connections with top-level decision-makers.
You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, all while helping your squad reach ambitious goals and enjoy the ride.
You’ll need to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution, from launching and optimizing campaigns to tracking performance and KPIs.
What will you be doing?
- Lead and inspire a team of SDRs focused on the French market; your energy, guidance, and example will set the tone.
- Turn KPIs into action: analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to boost productivity and results.
- Coach your team to success through ongoing training sessions, daily feedback,



and practical development plans tailored to their growth.
- Keep motivation high Foster a positive, dynamic, and collaborative culture where people feel empowered to take ownership.
- Partner with Sales Managers, AEs, and Marketing to define a unified, effective prospecting strategy that opens real opportunities.
- Ensure your team consistently hits their individual and team goals, from MRR and demos to quality outreach.
- Work with Sales Enablement & RevOps to ensure your team is trained on the latest tools, techniques, and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with AE Team Leads and the Sales Director to share insights and continuously improve the SDR AE handoff.
