Property Acquisition Partner | Ibiza Your next operator introduction could earn you £500 to £1,000. We're looking for people with contacts in Ibiza's villa and hospitality businesses who can start commercial conversations and see them through. Made Stays is recruiting independent Property Acquisition Partners across selected areas of Ibiza, with an initial focus on Ibiza Town / Eivissa, Santa Eulària des Riu and Sant Josep de sa Talaia.
Contract: Self employed independent contractor
Pay: Commission only
Hours: Adaptable Experience: At least one year in relevant sales

we're developing relationships with professional accommodation businesses that already have local operations in place. The role You'll use your knowledge and relationships to identify suitable villa operators and property portfolios, then connect their decision makers with Made Stays. Your work will include:
- Building relationships with villa operators, luxury property agents, concierge businesses, property managers and portfolio owners
- Researching prospects and contacting relevant decision makers
- Understanding their portfolios, operating arrangements and commercial priorities
- Explaining how Made Stays can support marketing, distribution and bookings
- Gathering information about existing operations and property suitability for further assessment
- Submitting qualifying opportunities through our platform
- Progressing conversations towards commercial discussions and potential agreements
- Keeping your pipeline current, with clear next steps and dates
- Working with Made Stays as
