Conduct daily inspections, spot checks, and preventive maintenance on energy storage systems (PCS, BMS, EMS, battery clusters, transformers, switchgear, fire suppression systems, etc.) rapidly perform on-site fault localization, root cause analysis, and repair recovery; Equipment Commissioning Support: Coordinate resources for post-installation commissioning, grid-connection testing, trial operation, and final acceptance of energy storage projects.
O&M; Data Management & Reporting: Collect and organize operational data, fault records, maintenance records, and inspection reports; and regularly produce O&M; analysis reports to support equipment reliability improvement. Strictly enforce electrical safety operation procedures and energy storage industry safety standards; implement on-site risk control and work permit systems; Bachelor's degree or above
Experience in O&M; and maintenance of large-scale energy storage projects preferred
Fluent in English, good at Spanish is a plus
