We are seeking a data-driven and hands-on SEO & GEO Manager to scale our organic search presence and turn search traffic into a core growth engine. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical optimization, product marketing, and content creation to capture high-intent search demand from enterprise buyers, IT decision-makers, and business leaders.

Tasks

Strategy & Content Optimization
- Own the end-to-end general organic growth roadmap to expand brand visibility across search engines and AI answer engines while driving high-quality SQO pipeline generation.
- Conduct deep keyword research targeting BOFU and MOFU SaaS buyer journeys, providing actionable briefs to SEO content writers and content creators for high-intent topics, structured outlines,



and topical authority clusters.
- Optimize existing product pages, blog hubs, and digital resources applying conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles to maximize lead capture.Technical

SEO & AI Search Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Manage site architecture, crawlability, indexation, structured data, core web vitals, and technical performance in close partnership with the web developer.
- Optimize brand visibility and product interpretation inside LLMs by securing authoritative citations, optimizing semantic entities, and building robust review ecosystems.
- Drive international organic growth by managing multi-market SEO, including hreflang implementation, content localization, and region-specific technical optimizations.

Analytics, Experimentation & Audits
- Track organic KPIs—including pipeline contribution, demo signups, keyword movements, and traffic—using Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush.
