As the RCC Team Lead, you will lead and oversee the 24/7 Remote Control Center operations for Envision's portfolio of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Onshore Wind assets across Europe and LATAM. You will be responsible for maximizing fleet availability, performance, and operational safety while ensuring compliance with internal procedures, grid requirements, and regulatory standards.
The RCC Team Lead will provide strategic leadership to RCC teams, establish operational excellence standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and act as the key interface between Operations, Engineering, Service, Asset Management, and external stakeholders. The role combines technical expertise, people leadership, incident management, and operational governance to ensure world-class control room performance. A hands-on mentality is required as the Team Lead will support his team members in day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities

RCC Operations Leadership
Lead and manage 24/7 Remote Control Center operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of BESS and onshore wind fleets.
Develop operational strategies, procedures, escalation protocols, and performance standards to optimize fleet availability and responsiveness.
Ensure consistent execution of monitoring, dispatching, remote operations, and incident management activities across all shifts.
2. Fleet Performance & Availability Management
Maximize BESS and wind farm availability, energy production, and operational performance through proactive monitoring and operational decision-making.
Oversee critical asset performance indicators, identify trends, and drive actions to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
Coordinate technical responses to major incidents, grid events, curtailments, and emergency situations.
