International
Customer Service representative
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and enquiries, ensuring efficient service throughout the entire order-to-delivery process. You will work closely with the Supply Chain and Finance teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and the smooth handling of daily operations.
What you’ll do: Key person in International Customer Service department.
- Monitor orders throughout the entire process, from receipt to final delivery and manage the communications with customers.
- Prepare all documentation for international transport and customs,



respond to enquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Ownership of Invoicing and collections process.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Prepare and manage commercial and administrative documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information in the company’s systems.
- Prepare affiliates weekly sales reports.
- Manage Affiliates Monthly closing, including invoicing and inventories reconciliation.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

What we’re looking for:
- Education or training in Business Administration, Commerce, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- A good level of Italian and/or German would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, order management, administration, or a similar posit
