Position Details Role: German Customer Support Specialist – Banking Sector
Location: Madrid
Start Date: 16/09




Contract Structure
- 3-month temporary contract (initial phase)
- Permanent contract based on performance

Salary Package – Madrid
- €22,800 gross/year
- €1,200 annual performance bonus

Your Responsibilities As part of the German banking support team, you will:
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle banking-related inquiries and front desk incidents
- Deliver fast, accurate, and customer-oriented solutions
- Maintain high service quality standards
- Ensure efficient resolution of customer issues
- Provide professional support to German-speaking clients

Training & Working Hours Initial Training First 5 weeks:
- 09:00 – 15:00 (initial schedule)
- Gradual increase up to 35h/week

From Week 6 onwards:
- Full-time: 39h/week

Available Shifts (Madrid Only)
- Morning: 07:00 – 16:00 (8-hour shifts)
