Structuring & Execution Manager

to join our

Investments

team. In this role, you will lead the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities,



working across multidisciplinary teams and external advisors to deliver high-quality transactions from origination through to closing and integration.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in

M&A;, investment banking or corporate finance

who are looking to take ownership of complex transactions in an international environment.

Lead the detailed assessment of investment opportunities, including financial, commercial, technical, regulatory and strategic analysis.
Build and present robust investment cases, supporting decision-making through clear financial and strategic rationale.
Coordinate end-to-end due diligence processes, working closely with internal teams (Finance, Technical, Legal, Tax and Development) as well as external advisors.
Prepare high-quality materials and recommendations for the Investment Committee.
