Polo Valley is a leading polo and equestrian centre based in the Sotogrande area, with an international team and a dynamic, people-focused working environment.

We are looking for an HR & People Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis and take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and administration of our people processes.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working independently. You will work closely with management and employees across the business, supporting the full employee lifecycle and helping us continue to develop and professionalise our HR processes.

The person we are looking for
This role would suit someone who is comfortable being hands-on and close to the day-to-day reality of the business.



We are not looking for someone who simply processes HR administration; we are looking for someone who can take ownership, anticipate needs, follow things through and build strong working relationships with both management and employees.

Tareas
The role
The HR & People Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR matters across the business, including:

Recruitment & Talent

- Managing recruitment processes from start to finish, including preparing and publishing vacancies, actively sourcing candidates and reviewing applications.
- Conducting initial candidate screening and coordinating interviews with the relevant managers.
- Maintaining an organised and up-to-date candidate database for current and future recruitment needs
