The Role
- Responsible for managing upselling opportunities for existing Small Accounts clients, and effectively developing the customer experience, throughout the execution of the sales cycle for one of our domains.
- Create strong relationships with existing Small Accounts customers while focusing on account development through upselling and cross‑selling.
- Identify, navigate, and support clients throughout their decision‑making process, across the whole sales cycle with existing Small Accounts customers to close the upsell opportunities.




- Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
- Establish and regularly conduct high‑level negotiating with C‑Suite and VP‑Level Executives.
- Think creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to drive prospects throughout the sales process effectively.
- Provide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our existing clients.

Your Profile
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in closing deals.
- Hunter + Farmer mentality, hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.
- You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
- You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
- You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop.
- A proficient level of French is required &
