Job PurposeWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented General Ledger Supervisor to lead a team of accounting professionals and support the delivery of accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team accounting specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations,



and intercompany accounts to ensure compliance with internal controls and US GAAP.Perform financial statement reviews, balance sheet and P&L; fluctuation analysis, and support management reporting.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive service excellence.
Support SOX compliance requirements, internal controls, and audit activities.
Manage fixed asset accounting processes.
Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
Contribute to finance transformation projects and other strategic initiatives.
