ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

The role requires you to conduct operational privacy and AI risk assessments, support compliance activities,



and ensure regulatory alignment across products, vendors, and business units. Reporting to the Head of Global Privacy & AI Office, you will be a part of Global team of 10 members

WHAT WILL YOU DO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Integral Privacy & AI Office to develop maintain and evolve SITA's privacy & AI program;
- Manage the privacy & AI triage process and execute risk assessments for SITA products services and third parties.
- Document supporting evidence and ensure robust audit trails;
- Track privacy by design and AI risks and mitigations as part of second line monitoring escalating to the Privacy & AI Risk Manager where actions are overdue or incomplete;
- Support the provision of timely KPI and dashboard reporting identifying trends and patterns in data;
- Support privacy and AI training and awareness with a strong focus on Privacy by Design and Responsible AI, and what constitutes appropriate risk based technical a
