ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented professional to join our team in Barcelona. The idóneo candidate is passionate about customer service, highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment combining hospitality and property management.

Our company operates across two main areas: short-term tourist apartments and mid-term rental apartments. This position will work across both areas, combining reservations and guest services for our tourist apartments with property management and operational responsibilities for our mid-term rental properties.

This is a varied and hands-on role, with responsibilities ranging from guest communication and reservations to property inspections, maintenance coordination, tenant support, and owner relations.

REQUIREMENTS

- Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.




- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High level of English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a strong plus.
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or property management.
- Based in or near Barcelona.
- Familiarity with KrossBooking (PMS) will be highly valued.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make day-to-day operational decisions.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform well under pressure.

WORKING HOURS

- Full-time position, 5 working days per week.
- Monday to Sunday, according to a rotating schedule.
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.
- Weekends: remote work from home.
- Weekend shifts are shared on a rotating basis: 2 weekends every 4 weeks.
- When working a weekend, you will have 2 days off during the week.
