Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and coordinating overarching projects and initiatives across EMEA HR Operations at country and/or regional level including defining, maintaining and continuously enhancing standard processes.
- Global project involvement to represent EMEA specific insights and perspectives.
- Ensuring effective knowledge and best practice sharing across the service delivery organization.
- Vendor Management contact for EMEA, managing relationships with external strategic providers on either governance or service delivery level.




- Collaborating closely with internal Global Vendor Management team on escalations, new demands and/or change requests.
- Partnering with Global HR Operations team and fostering collaboration with all key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
- Completed degree in business administration, economics, human resources management or comparable studies.
- Minimum of 4-5+ years of service center experience, preferably in HR or related fields.
- Strong project management skills and experience in change management and communication.
- Ability to build strong, productive, collaborative relationships and communicate at all levels in the organization, including senior leaders.
- Great learning mindset and proven ability to get things done.
- Demonstrated ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within a team as an individual contributor across several priorities in a fast paced, changing environment.
