Experteer Overview
In this role you work on live client engagements across Europe, building AI-enabled delivery assets and delivering workforce and organizational insights. You will directly support projects from data to client-ready results, while learning through structured coaching and early ownership of modules. You join a tight-knit team partnering with Oliver Wyman to shape strategic people work and scale impact across large organizations. This is a founding, high-impact role with exposure to senior leadership and a path toward partnership.

Responsabilidades
• Excellent university degree in business, economics, psychology, data/analytics, or related field (degree field may vary)
• Consultant: internship experience; Senior Consultant: 1–3 years of consulting or equivalent analytical experience
• Strong analytical and writing aptitude; structured thinking; ambition for hypothesis-driven problem solving
• AI fluency and willingness to build with AI tools
• Interest in people and organization topics; ability to work with work and organizational changes
• Team players with high standards and openness to coaching
• Willingness to travel within Europe during delivery peaks
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
