Belden is looking to hire a Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our RUCKUS sales team to be based in Spain and to cover the Iberia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our business within a defined set of Ruckus Networking Partners and for developing new Elite level Networking Partners.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
The successful candidate will be accountable growing revenue and share of business with their Partner base. This includes developing programs and initiatives to:
- Drive demand for RUCKUS hardware, software and services.
- Build Partner Business Plans and deliver on Business Plan goals.
- Developing Partners capability and motivation to sell RUCKUS hardware, software and services.
- Outmaneuver and take share from our competitors.
- Meet quarterly and yearly sales goals.
- Through a deep understanding and utilization of structured qualification and selling techniques deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts.
- Support the local end extended sales organization to meet their annual goals.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- At least 8 - 10 years’ experience of selling high-tech (IT) products and services for a multinational IT Vendor to Director level and above contacts via the Channel.
- An ability to think strategically and to build scalable programs
