Before you apply: this role requires recent, hands-on experience owning a workforce, resource or crew scheduling product (things like shift scheduling, time & attendance, capacity planning or absence management) as a genuine Product Manager or Product Owner, not a Business Analyst, Programme Manager or delivery lead working to someone else's requirements.
If your closest match to this domain was a short stint, or is more than a few years back, this likely isn't the right role for you.
