We are looking for a Product Owner with strong expertise in compliance, risk management, and identity verification processes. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role. ✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ * 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Compliance Specialist, Risk Specialist, or a similar role. * Strong knowledge of Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Control frameworks. * Experience managing and improving Identity Verification (KYC/KYB) processes. * Solid understanding of Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance, and Governance. * Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks. * Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver compliance-related products and processes. * Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken). * Good level of English (written and spoken).



* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Currently based in Madrid. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? * Own and drive the roadmap of compliance and risk-related initiatives. * Define, improve, and monitor identity verification and customer onboarding processes. * Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Audit, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure regulatory alignment. * Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable product features and process improvements. * Participate in risk assessments, compliance reviews, and internal control activities. * Implement process optimization initiatives and control enhancements to reduce operational risk. * Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices in compliance, risk management, and identity verification. * Track KPIs and ensure the successful delivery of compliance-related initiatives.
