Main Tasks
Provide general legal support across a broad range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on corporate law, corporate governance and corporate documentation.
The services will include, among others:
- Support the preparation,



review and management of corporate documentation, including powers of attorney, shareholders' and board resolutions and minutes, annual accounts documentation, corporate certificates and other corporate records.
- Provide support on corporate governance matters, including the analysis of governance requirements, corporate authorities, representation and signature powers, and internal decision-making and approval processes.
- Assist with ongoing corporate and statutory matters and obligations, including coordination, where necessary, with notaries, Commercial Registries and external legal counsel.
- Review and analyse commercial contracts and other legal documents, identifying legal and contractual risks and proposing appropriate amendments or mitigating measures.
- Conduct legal research and analyse new legislation and regulatory developments potentially affecting the company, preparing legal summaries, reports and practical guidance for the
