Based at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona, within the Housekeeping Department,



the Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall management, leadership and performance of the Housekeeping and Laundry operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, service excellence and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. The Executive Housekeeper reports directly to the Director of Rooms.

As Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead and manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest luxury hospitality standards are consistently achieved.
- Develop, implement and monitor departmental procedures, service standards and quality assurance programmes.
- Manage, motivate, coach and develop the Housekeeping and Laundry teams, fostering a culture of excellence, engagement and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, heart-of-house areas and laundry facilities are maintained in immaculate condition.
