Oh, and have a lot of fun doing itWhat You’ll Be Doing:Hunt down new potential clients in the education and university sectors across EuropeBuild rock-solid relationships with decision-makers at universities and higher education institutionsTeam up with sales and marketing to ensure everything runs smoothly from lead gen to deal closeStay organized and crush it using CRM tools like HubSpotKeep an eye on the competition and stay ahead of industry trends to keep CareerOS in the spotlightSmash your monthly and quarterly targets (and celebrate when you do)What You Need:Fluent in English (a second European language such as German, Spanish, French, Italian is a strong plus)1-2 years of B2B sales, lead generation, or similar experience, ideally in SaaS or the education spaceYou’re a natural people person with strong communication skills—you know how to build connectionsPassionate about education, networking, and helping others succeed in their careersSelf-starter who loves working independently but can also crush it as part of a teamLocated in Barcelona (or ready to move to one of the best cities in the world)Perks of the Job:Compensation: Salary + Commission: €40,000 to €60,000The chance to be part of a fast-growing, VC-backed startup that has raised over $2.5 million dollarsDirect exposure to the co-founders and
