This senior leadership role will own the launch and continued growth of a financial services operation in the Netherlands.
You will serve as the central point of contact across strategic partners, prospective clients, regulators, vendors and external advisors.
The position combines business development, strategic partnerships, market launch execution and new business initiatives.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Data and Finance to deliver market objectives.
Once launched, you will remain accountable for partner growth, profitability, performance metrics and operational development.
The role offers significant autonomy in a fast-moving fintech environment where strategy and execution are closely connected.
You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer while working with senior stakeholders across Europe and Latin America.

Accountabilities
- Act as the senior point of contact for key relationships across strategic partners, prospective clients, regulators, financial institutions, vendors and external advisors.




- Maintain a 360-degree view of the country operation, connecting priorities across Growth, Product, Finance, Legal, Risk and other specialist teams.
- Own the launch of Netherlands operations and potentially support launches in additional European markets.
- Build and execute launch plans across Product, Legal and Compliance, Risk, Data and Finance, ensuring workstreams remain aligned with milestones and timelines.
- Identify blockers, coordinate their resolution and maintain accountability across cross-functional teams throughout the launch process.
- Manage executive relationships with strategic partners, understanding their priorities and identifying opportunities for mutual growth.
- Own growth strategies for existing partners, including growth and profitability targets, platform success metrics and performance initiatives.
