How you will shape Prophero:

Your mission will be to build,



activate and scale a high-performing network of B2B2C partners (real estate agencies, brokers, personal shoppers, investment platforms and financial advisors) who bring PropHero's properties to their clients. You'll own the full partner lifecycle, from the first pitch to consistent sales, making sure every partner doesn't just sign, but sells and drives real revenue.
- Identify, pitch and negotiate with new partners, owning the sales cycle from lead generation to signed agreement.
- Lead onboarding and ramp-up, aligning each partner with PropHero's methodology and commercial approach.
- Act as the main point of contact for active partners, making sure they have everything they need to sell effectively.
- Track channel KPIs (conversion, deal flow, partner retention) through regular check-ins, and share insights and recommendations with leadership.
