Responsible for leading the technical change for one or multiple (commercial of the shelf) applications and accountable for the respective lifecycle management.

YOUR CHALLENGE
- IT Service Management: Understanding of IT service management principles, processes, and best practices (e.g., ITIL)
- Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, including hardware, software, and networking
- Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and optimize IT services
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and customers
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to identify, analyze,



and respond to stakeholder needs and expectations
- Governance and Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies

Responsible for the technical change of the owned applications as part of the IT Solution Delivery. Accountable for operations including lifecycle and vulnerability management.

Guidance of an agile team (or respective setup in classic delivery) and collaboration with Product Owners, Solution Architects and the delivery team.
- Translation of business requirements into technical capabilities
- Ensure the adherence of the application design with standards and guidelines of Architecture
- In case of gaps, the Application Responsible identifies and mitigates risks
- Supervise the software development and technical implementation of an application, ensures appropriate unit testing and decides with IT Service Owner on production readiness from IT perspect
