- Own the CRO strategy for our blog and tutorials by identifying the highest-impact conversion opportunities, maintaining a prioritized experimentation backlog, and defining quarterly OKRs
- Design intuitive user experiences by improving page layouts, navigation, CTAs, page structure, and conversion-focused copy
- Develop hypotheses and lead A/B and multivariate experiments from planning through implementation
- Analyze experiment results with statistical confidence,

- Ensure successful experiments become lasting improvements across our content ecosystem
- Partner closely with the Head of Content to shape the optimization roadmap, evolve our brand experience, and stay ahead of industry trends
