Your Role

We are looking for a Brand Manager Spain to join the Advance team, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager. In this role, you will lead the brand strategy in the market, acting as a key driver of growth by shaping and executing impactful brand plans, while continuously identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities.

What you will do
- Market analysis and brand monitoring: monthly analysis of the brand performance and competitive landscape to proactively identify growth opportunities
- Definition of the annual brand plans based on the brand’s strategy and objectives:including media & communication strategy and consumer promotion activities in order to boost the brand’s sales
- Manage Marketing & Promotional budgetensuring efficient resources allocation to deliver results and to ensure a healthy P&L;
- Co-create together with the media team the local brand campaigns with a strong focus on digital & social ecosystems, maximizing impact across the customer journey while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance
- Lead and cocreation of Social Media Content,



with continuous measurement and action planning together with Media Country Lead
- Collaborate with the General team to develop and execute innovation projects, based on a strong understanding of local needs and opportunities
- Cross-Functional collaboration:build strong, trusted relationships withother departments (Commercial Excellence, Sales, NPD, Regulatory, Consumer Care…)to ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints

What we are looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment within the FMCG/OTC or Veterinarian sector, across Marketing, NPD or Technical Communications

Qualifications
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine, with experience in veterinary clinics and a solid understanding of industry dynamics
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar highly valuated
- Good knowledge of social media dynamics, with a clear interest for this space an
