This isn't a marketing role and it isn't a product role. It's both, fused into one mandate, with real P&L; accountability and the authority to act across the whole portfolio.

You'll build and lead a new kind of function, one that sits between product and marketing, owns the shared measurement layer, and pushes test-driven thinking and learnings across every business line we run. If you've ever felt growth and product optimisation were artificially separated in the organisations you've worked in, this role is designed to fix that.

What You'll Own

- Own the Growth Engine Take full accountability for blended performance across paid channels (SEM/PPC), SEO and beyond, owning targets like tROAS, CAC and impression share, while closing the gap between desktop and mobile conversion.
- Drive Conversion, Checkout & Payments Lead the CRO and paywall/checkout agenda: funnel diagnostics, large-scale A/B testing, payment-method and PSP/APM strategy, all aimed at lifting conversion-to-paid and average order value.
- Scale the Landing-Page Machine Direct an AI-assisted system capable of producing and iterating hundreds of landing pages, with your team running it independently. Partner with engineering/SRE on deployment, rollback and URL control, and build the observability layer that protects your most business-critical flows.
- Deliver Commercial Results Own portfolio-wide P&L; including revenue, margin and profitability by product, market, device and channel, as well as balance acquisition spend against LTV so gr
