Mission
The Restaurant Host consistently adheres to all standards, policies and procedures relating to food and beverage service, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. This includes the planning and coordination of table plans and service flow, communicating guests’ special requests to the team, and any other tasks as assigned in keeping with service excellence.

Profile

-
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.



Experience within a luxury resort/hotel preferred.
- Knowledge of SevenRooms, Micros and KnowCross an asset.
- Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently.
- Physical capability to stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as exert physical effort in transporting items, and endure various physical movements in the work area.
- Ability to work versátil hours
- Valid Antigua & Barbuda Driver's License needed to drive company vehicles
- Food Handlers Certificate required
