Role Overview
We are looking for a Freelance E-commerce & Performance Copywriter with proven expertise in beauty, dermocosmetics, or clinical skincare.
Beyond day-to-day writing, this role requires a strategic thinker who can effortlessly adapt tone, structure, and messaging across different channels, touchpoints, and audience segments. You will play an active role in shaping and sustaining our Clinical Premium Professional brand voice across our evolving digital ecosystem and key website projects—bridging the gap between rigorous scientific credibility, premium brand storytelling, and high-converting performance marketing.
Additionally, as we evolve our creative operations, you will help lead the integration of AI copywriting tools to build efficient workflows, while managing Regulatory validations and general market localisations.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Copywriting & Channel Adaptation
- Tailor messaging by channel & audience:



Develop and optimise conversion-focused copy across the entire digital funnel, deliberately shifting tone, format, and structure between channels (e.g., punchy, hook-driven paid social vs. authoritative, detail-rich PDPs and educational CRM streams).
- Elevate the Clinical Premium voice: Help build and sustain our Clinical Premium Professional positioning across the digital ecosystem and website projects, translating complex formulations, clinical trial data, and expert claims into compelling, high-end copy.
- Build distinct messaging hierarchies: Create multi-layered messaging frameworks adapted to specific consumer mindsets and funnel stages—highlighting consumer needs, clinical proof points, active ingredients, and reasons to believe.
- Ensure seamless omnichannel journeys: Maintain narrative cohesion from top-of-funnel acquisition (Meta, Google Ads, display) through landing pages, PDPs, Amazon, and retention CRM,
